I'm in Sioux Falls South Dakota and the only shop outside the Twin Cities area printing with a Lightjet 5000RS. If I have any problems with the hardware or software the techs from Integra are here. They’re knowledgeable, accessible and prompt. If my machine is down, they’re here within 24 hrs — with parts — to get me up and running. Plus they come in and perform maintenance to keep the Lightjet operating at its peak level and to minimize down time. Good people!

Together, we have over 400 years of impressive combined experience. That’s a lot of time in the photo, digital graphics, imaging, and print industry.

Located all across the U.S. and in Canada, we're typically on-site within 24 hours, and always just a phone call away. We keep spare parts on hand, too, so down time is kept to a minimum. We do more than just troubleshoot and repair. We also get to know you and your business, and take both very seriously. Senior Field Service Engineer, North America

Todd has an impressive 29 years in the digital world with 25 years in the print industry. Six of those great years have been at Integra. Field Service and Field Support inspire Todd; he finds it personally rewarding to help resolve technical issues for both his customers and fellow service engineers. 

Outside of work Todd’s passions are family and golfing.

Senior Field Engineer, North East U.S.

Mike was the very first Field Engineer Integra welcomed to the team when we opened our doors in 2004.

He began his career in the Photo Equipment and Graphics industry more than 25 years ago, after serving a 4 year tour in the Air Force. Mike really enjoys working in the field with customers – keeping them up, running, and in production mode.

Outside of work Mike enjoys skiing, baseball, and football.

Bill received his Associates Degree in Electronics Technology back in 1981 and has been working in the Digital Graphics industry ever since. During that time he’s worked in a variety of roles including manufacturing, technical support, technical writing, training, engineering, customer service, field service, and field service management. Bill’s personal service philosophy is to treat every Integra customer the way he’d want to be treated — with respect and with urgency when problems arise.

In his free time Bill enjoys golf, boating, snowmobiling, and restoring his 1973 Dodge Challenger.
