Nancy J. Williamson, CPA

I've known Ron and Gene since 1986 when we worked together at Gerber Scientific and then at Cymbolic Sciences. They have strong business savvy and a proven track record of running sales and service organizations which excel in performance and customer service. It was an easy decision to assist these guys as they started Integra, then to later join them as an employee /principal of the firm and to now advise them as they grow the company for the future.

Integra's Board of Advisors offer their vision, insights, expertise, and advice to our Leadership Team and help us navigate into the future.

Paul M. Nakai

Paul's been a member of our Board of Advisors since Integra's inception.

He’s the founding partner and principal of Leadership Spirit International, Inc., a consulting group specializing in developing and deepening the leadership spirit and capacity in executives. For the past twenty six years, Paul has also been a Managing Partner and Executive Vice President with Senn Delaney, working with key executives and senior management teams facing intense business challenges.

Earlier in his career, Paul held various managerial positions at Xerox and was the Head of the advanced seminars division for an international training company.

Paul has also co-authored the book The Mindful Corporation and published numerous articles in the Greenleaf Center’s International Journal on Servant Leadership.

Robert Heath

Robert brings over 20 years of executive level leadership experience in the high-tech industry to Integra’s Board of Advisors.

He’s held executive roles at Nyce Networks Inc., Triant Technologies Inc., Strydent Software Inc., and Cymbolic Sciences Inc., as well as senior management roles at MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates (MDA) and IBM.

Particularly of value to Integra is the expertise Robert gained at MDA and Cymbolic Sciences developing and distributing high-quality large-format imaging products for worldwide markets.

Robert’s also a graduate from Bath University in the United Kingdom and has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Nancy J. Williamson, CPA

Nancy has been on Integra’s Board of Advisors since the inception of our company in 2004.

Her accounting and tax background provides a financial sounding board for our Board and Leadership Team as they determine the next steps in Integra’s mission to be a world class leader in service.

Over her career Nancy has audited public companies, worked as a VP of Finance and Accounting for two insurance companies, and investigated Worker’s Compensation premium fraud where she assisted in the collection of $30 million in damages. She’s also installed enterprise-wide computer systems for large manufacturing companies, which is how she met Ron.

Today Nancy owns her own public accounting firm focused on preparing tax returns and providing a variety of accounting services to business clients.

In addition to her CPA designation, Nancy has a Bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Texas.

Mark Miller

Mark first joined Integra’s Board in 2004 and later served as our VP of Sales and Marketing from 2005 to 2010.

He has over 27 years of experience in technical equipment sales and marketing and has won numerous sales achievement awards in the Automotive, Aerospace, Telecommunications and Electronics manufacturing industries.

Mark’s expertise in the digital printing industry was gained while managing the North American introduction of several new products at Cymbolic Sciences, and while managing direct sales and sales distribution for Cymbolic Sciences, Gerber Scientific and the York Division of Borg-Warner Corporation.

In addition to all that great work experience, Mark has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
